Salesforce Administrator | Coach | Servant | Athlete

I am currently a Database Coordinator, where I support the administration of Salesforce and data systems for a national nonprofit organization. Outside of my professional role, I am passionate about athlete development and coaching. I served as an assistant coach for Redeemer University’s Men’s Basketball team and worked as a basketball trainer with Enhanced Basketball, helping athletes develop their skills, decision-making, and understanding of the game. I am also actively involved at Lift Church through community outreach and children’s ministry. In my spare time, I enjoy basketball, sports, hiking, learning, and spending time with friends and family.

I double majored in Business Administration and Economics to receive a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor. During my time there I exposed myself to a variety of different things, ranging from playing on the varsity basketball team, to being a part of the university’s debate team, to joining the Power to Change group on campus.

Database Coordinator

As a Database Coordinator and Salesforce Administrator, I support the administration and management of Salesforce across multiple departments within a nonprofit organization. I maintain data quality and security; provide ongoing user support; and build and maintain reports and dashboards for fundraising and operational decision-making. I also troubleshoot Salesforce issues and collaborate with fundraising, finance, and ministry teams to maintain accurate, reliable, and secure CRM data.

I have been involved in basketball training and coaching for approximately 17 years. I have trained players at a very high level and served as an assistant coach for Redeemer University’s Men’s Basketball team. The most notable player I have trained with is now a professional basketball player and the starting point guard for their country’s national basketball team. I have seen tremendous growth and progress in the players I have worked with, helping them develop their skills and reach their goals.

Coach

Servant

At Lift church, I serve weekly at the inner-city community meals we have, where we also play sports and games with the kids in the community. I also serve on the Sunday set-up team. In the past I had served on the church’s prayer team, and during welcome week for the students’ events. I have also served as volunteer at a youth conference with thousands of students called, Overflow, for multiple years.

My passions are building my relationship with God, helping others, and helping others in basketball development at a high level. I often seek to combine the three.

I look forward to getting in contact with you. If you have any questions please email at eli@enhancebasketball.com
